We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team and lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all SEO initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic growth and optimizing search engine performance and deep understanding of content marketing to complement the overall digital marketing goals.
As an SEO Manager, you will play a critical role in driving quality traffic, and improving conversions for our business.
Responsibilities

Create and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with business goals.
Conduct competitive analysis, keyword research, and market trend evaluation.
Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO plans.
Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for Core Web Vitals.
Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Monitor and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader campaigns.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
A bachelors degree in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
2+ years of experience as an SEO manager with a focus on organic search growth and lead generation.
Proven experience in managing SEO for websites with significant traffic and Conversions.
Expertise in SEO tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
Ability to create and manage websites, especially for real estate businesses.
Strong analytical skills to measure and assess performance against KPIs.
Experience with SEO for local businesses and Google My Business Optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM software.
Prior experience in Real Estate Industry is a Plus
