Job Description
Lead and support in mandate execution within the given time frame and ensure closure:
- Preparation of Deal Collaterals
- Pitching deals to investors
- Facilitate management meetings and address information request
- Assist and co-ordinate due-diligence
- Documentation process (within defined deadlines)Assisting in identifying opportunities for business development through effective sector mining:
- Sector Landscaping
- CRM Mining & Co-ordination with RM's
- Tracking company & industry updates for deal potential
- Pitchbooks & Creds preparationDemonstrate high standards of customer orientation :
- Quality of correspondence with clients and investors
- Participation in meetings and conferences for YSL Brand enhancement

- Compliance to laws and regulations required as part of transactionEnsure deal execution in-line with laws of the land and statutory compliance with zero tolerance for deviation:
