Qualifications & Skills
-MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
-Proven expertise in HR management, policies, and personnel administration.
-Strong recruitment skills with a focus on hiring efficiently and effectively.
-Deep understanding of employee benefits programs and UAE labor laws.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
-Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
-Knowledge of industrial applications related to wire mesh products (preferred).
