Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.
Manage recruitment processes with speed and efficiency, ensuring a quick turnaround in hiring top talent.
Handle onboarding, performance evaluations, and personnel administration.
Provide strategic support in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture enhancement.
Ensure adherence to company policies, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
-MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
-Proven expertise in HR management, policies, and personnel administration.
-Strong recruitment skills with a focus on hiring efficiently and effectively.
-Deep understanding of employee benefits programs and UAE labor laws.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
-Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
-Knowledge of industrial applications related to wire mesh products (preferred).
