Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Head Early Learning to lead and scale a high-growth business unit. The role involves complete ownership of business performance, including P&L, revenue growth, profitability, product strategy, channel expansion, and cross-functional team leadership. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive growth across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end P&L, revenue, profitability, and business performance.
- Develop and execute annual business and growth strategies.
- Drive D2C business growth through website optimization, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Manage Amazon Marketplace and other e-commerce platforms to maximize sales and profitability.
- Lead offline sales, distribution, institutional sales, and retail partnerships.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing and brand-building initiatives.
- Define product roadmap, new launches, and publishing strategy.
- Collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production teams.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, working capital, and cost optimization.
- Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Present business performance and strategic plans to senior leadership.
