Functional Project Manager Officer- Retail Banking
Experience 5-10years
Location Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru
Mandatory skills:

- Experience in Project Governance, Reporting, and Banking Program Delivery


- Experience in Banking Transformation projects


- Minimum 5year experience in PMO in Global Retail Banking domain


- Payments


- MS projects
Key Responsibilities:

- Support PMO activities for large-scale Retail Banking transformation programs.


- Manage project governance, reporting, and delivery tracking across multiple workstreams.


- Prepare and maintain:


- Project plans


- Status reports


- RAID logs


- Governance dashboards


- Steering committee presentations


- Coordinate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to ensure smooth program execution.


- Track project milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.


- Support governance forums, leadership reviews, and stakeholder communications.


- Ensure adherence to project management standards, delivery frameworks, and compliance requirements.


- Drive reporting automation and process improvement initiatives where applicable.


- Support change management, implementation tracking, and operational readiness activities.


- Assist in managing multi-market and global delivery programs.

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, Management, or related disciplines.
