Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Email Marketing Specialist to drive impactful email campaigns that engage audiences and generate leads. If you’re passionate about data-driven email strategies and optimising every detail for performance, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

- Develop, implement and manage email marketing campaigns from ideation through execution, including segmentation, A/B testing and ongoing performance optimization
- Craft personalised, targeted email campaigns to drive lead generation and nurture existing leads through the sales funnel
- Generate high-quality leads through targeted campaigns and innovative strategies.
- Monitor, track and report on email campaign metrics, providing actionable insights to improve open rates, click-through rates and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools to enhance overall campaign performance.
- Maintain and update the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring all leads and marketing activities are accurately recorded.

- Fluent English - verbal and written
- Proven experience in Email Marketing, Lead Generation and campaign performance optimisation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing efforts accordingly.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen interest in driving results.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
