Objectives of this role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to drive personalized marketing campaigns targeted at high-value accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, data analysis, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ABM execution, from identifying target accounts to optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Use cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other digital platforms to identify, engage, and qualify high-potential leads for B2B campaigns.
  • Market Research: Utilize tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo to gather market insights, identify prospects, and continuously expand the lead pool.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute and manage B2B lead generation campaigns, ensuring efficient tracking, follow-ups, and overall lead engagement.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring that all lead details, interactions, and conversion rates are accurately recorded and tracked.
  • Data Quality & Accuracy: Conduct regular checks and validation of contact details to ensure high-quality data is used for outreach, improving campaign efficiency.

Skills & Tools:

  • Lead Generation Tools: ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Automation.
  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clearbit for tracking leads and data management.
  • Communication Tools: Strong written communication for cold emails and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Data Management: Experience in cleaning and validating lead data to ensure the highest quality.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns.
  • Previous experience in B2B lead generation or similar roles is a plus.
