We are currently seeking a Regional System Manager (RSM) to lead our East System & Solution sales team, drive business growth, and strengthen strategic relationships across our Systems and Solutions portfolio.
About The Role
As a Regional System Manager based in our Kolkata Regional office, you will lead a dynamic sales team responsible for promoting and delivering Yokogawas System and Solutions portfolio within your defined region. You will develop and execute business plans, drive strategic growth, and ensure that customers receive the highest level of technical and application support. Your ability to motivate, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team, while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving commercial outcomes, will be key to your success.
What Youll Do
  • Lead, manage, and mentor your sales team to achieve business goals and group strategies.
  • Achieve Key Performance metrics of Order Intake, Sales Turnover.
  • Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to deliver year-on-year growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and close System and Solution opportunities across industrial markets in the Eastern Region of India and neighboring countries of Bangladesh and Bhutan.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients and industry partners.
  • Drive technical excellence and ensure the delivery of high-quality application support to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote new strategic solutions and cross-business opportunities.
  • Manage, develop, and implement sales plans and budgets within the defined sales area.
What Youll Bring
  • Significant experience in the Industrial Automation market.
  • Proven experience leading and developing sales teams within the industrial automation sectors.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing customer portfolios and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in technical sales, system specification, and solution-based selling.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Roles & Responsibility of Regional System Manager
  • Achieve regional target for Systems and Solutions.
  • Incremental business through new accounts and industry segment
  • Key account management
  • New application selling
  • Market information feedback to Marketing team
  • Monitor the delivery commitment to the customer
  • Ensure that monthly BU reports and QA reports are sent to Head Office
  • Co-ordination with Marketing team.
  • Co-ordination with Operation & Engineering team.
  • Ensuring Quotation support to Sales members.
