About the Role
We are hiring a cohort of Senior Business Analysts from India's IT Services and KPO ecosystem to join our Bangalore-based team. This role offers a structured transition into digital media solutions, strategy, and analytics. Selected candidates will work closely with the senior management and revenue operations team to support digital media planning, performance analysis, and growth strategy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital media strategy, analytics, and growth solutions for global and Indian clients

- Translate client business objectives into analytical and strategic problem statements
- Work on media performance analysis, insights generation, and opportunity identification
- Create structured, client-ready deliverables - proposals, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Participate in client discussions, reviews, and presentations alongside senior team members
- Collaborate with digital media operations teams to drive outcomes
- Run client-facing account management responsibilities where applicable
Candidate Profile
- 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Services or KPO organizations
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation
- Engineering background with an MBA preferred
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Interest in digital media, marketing, strategy, and client-facing roles
Hiring Details
- Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
- Work Model: Work From Office (limited WFH flexibility)
- Only Bangalore-based candidates will be considered. In-person interview rounds in Bangalore (weekend drives possible)
- Cohort hiring of 4-6 candidates. All hires will join as a single group.
