Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing the property operation with a team of F&B and housekeeping staff. This role will provide you with exposure to handling property operation, expense, and cost management. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the property operates efficiently towards achieving organizational goals and objectives. It is essential to have the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary, and a commitment to upholding the organization's values and mission.
    As a Property Manager, your duties will include supervising all matters concerning the functioning of the hostel, such as hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness. You will be responsible for allocating hostel rooms, maintaining a complaints log, checking occupancy tracking and resident students register daily, supervising the mess operations, ensuring hostel discipline, and enforcing hostel rules and regulations. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining hostel security, overseeing room upkeep and property maintenance, collecting monthly rent from students, and managing room check-in and check-out processes.
    You will also be tasked with overseeing the cleanliness of the dining hall and kitchen, conducting regular inspections, ensuring discipline at meal timings, supervising the purchase of mess stores, examining monthly income and expenditure statements of the mess, and managing stakeholder engagement by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

    Requirements for this role include being a graduate, preferably fluent in the local language, having knowledge of MS Office, being presentable, possessing good communication skills, and preferably having a background in hospitality. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry is required.
    This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance. The work schedule may include day shifts, fixed shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience, and the work location is in person.,
