Job Description
Role Overview:
The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing large-scale,
high-budget campaigns, optimizing performance marketing strategies, and ensuring ROI
maximization across channels. Role will focus on refining existing processes, ensuring
scalability, and driving measurable outcomes that contribute to further growth and
profitability.
The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer with deep expertise in advanced marketing
tools, analytics platforms, and managing multi-crore budgets across multiple channels.
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in cosmetics, beauty, personal
care, or FMCG sectors, who understand high-velocity campaigns and consumer-centric
growth strategies.
This is a full-time onsite position located in Bandra West, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for large-scale paid marketing campaigns, focusing on optimization and profitability.
- Manage high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Leverage advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike modelling to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to refine tracking mechanisms and ensure data accuracy for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance campaigns with product launches, category priorities, and customer lifecycle objectives.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics 360, Tableau, and Hotjar, providing actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- A/B test creative assets, ad copy, and landing pages to drive incremental growth and learnings.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting dashboards, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
- Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, incorporating AI-driven tools and advanced techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with finance and leadership to ensure campaign budgets are effectively allocated and aligned with company-wide goals.

Key Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven expertise in scaling large-budget campaigns for high-revenue brands.
- Strong command of advanced platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, and programmatic ad platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools like Google Analytics 360, Tableau, and Data Studio.
- Experience managing multi-crore annual ad spend with a focus on ROI and profitability.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, CLV, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Track record of driving incremental revenue growth while optimizing CAC and ROAS.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation is a strong advantage.
- Preferred Industry Background: Experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable, given the alignment with consumer-centric growth strategies and high-velocity campaign management.
