The Role

Were looking for a Senior Copywriter who knows how to turn words into impact. Someone who can write copy that converts for ads, engages for social, and inspires on our website. Youll blend consumer psychology, performance marketing insights, and storytelling to craft messages that make people stop scrolling, click through and fall in love with our brand.

What Youll Do

• Write powerful, hook-driven scripts for shoots, UGCs and brand films that grab attention in the first 3 seconds and drive conversions
• Create website, landing page and product copy that builds trust, answers objections,and converts browsers into buyers
• Craft ad copy for Meta, Google, and other platformsshort, scroll-stopping, and psychology-driven
• Develop packaging copy that sells on the shelf and communicates benefits in seconds
• Research customer psychology like a detective, using Reddit, AnswerThePublic, forums, reviews and competitor insights to uncover real consumer pain points and motivations
• Continuously refine copy through A/B testing, performance data, and behavioral insights
• Keep our voice consistent, bold, and persuasive across every touchpointads, website, packaging, and campaigns

What Were Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience writing for high-growth D2C brands, e-commerce, or performance-led agencies
• Proven ability to write hooks, scripts, and ad copies that have convertedshow us campaigns where your words moved the needle
• Obsession with consumer psychology, persuasion tactics, and research-backed messaging
• Portfolio showcasing ad copy, website/product content, and packaging work that blends brand storytelling with sales impact
• Ability to write both short-form (ads, hooks, packaging) and long-form (blogs, campaigns, landing pages) with equal sharpness
• Startup mindset: fast, iterative, and driven by results
