Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in B2B SaaS to lead our SEO and Paid Campaigns efforts. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving lead and pipeline generation, with a specific emphasis on scaling inbound growth in the US and LATAM markets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Paid Campaigns Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve lead generation and pipeline growth targets.
- Lead/Pipeline Generation: Own and manage lead and pipeline generation targets, continuously optimizing for performance and conversion.
- Budget Management: Manage monthly/quarterly ad spend, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with business goals.
- Market Focus: Scale inbound growth efforts, with a focus on the US and LATAM markets, tailoring strategies to meet regional nuances and demands.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing within the B2B SaaS industry, specifically in SEO and paid campaigns.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and scaling inbound marketing efforts, particularly in the US and LATAM markets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Budget Management: Experience managing significant ad spend with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
