Junior Marketing Associate In Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Pune, Mumbai (Hybrid)

Were building the early community and taking YRAL to colleges + creators + media.
Key Responsibilities

• Expand YRAL in colleges
• Build a college outreach list (cities ? colleges ? contacts)
• Run campus activations: posters, WhatsApp groups, contests, ambassador programs
• Coordinate with student communities and college clubs
• Onboard creators on YRAL
• Reach out to creators (IG/YouTube) and invite them to try YRAL
• 
  Help them set up and start posting
• Keep track of onboarded creators and follow up for consistency
• PR + journalist outreach
• Build and maintain a journalist/media list
• Pitch stories and updates (launches, milestones, trends)
• Track replies, follow-ups, and coverage
• Ad-hoc startup tasks (app-building support)
• Help with basic docs: campaign trackers, creator sheets, outreach templates
• Support small marketing experiments and reporting
