Oracle Security Administrator II

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Security Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and governance of security controls within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role will focus on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data security policies, compliance, and identity management while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure security best practices and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

The position will be based in Gurgaon, India, at the company office.

Responsibilities

Security Design & Role Management

• Design, configure, and maintain security roles, duty roles, and data security policies within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Ensure least privilege access principles are followed while managing role-based access control (RBAC).
• Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to prevent unauthorized access and ensure compliance.
• Manage security profiles and enforce data segregation across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other modules.

User Access & Compliance Management

• Administer user provisioning and deprovisioning, ensuring compliance with identity and access management (IAM) policies.
• 
  Collaborate with IT and HR teams to define security workflows and approval processes.
• Work with internal Compliance and Audit teams to support security audits, reporting, and risk assessments.
• Ensure security policies align with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).

Incident Management & Security Monitoring

• Collaborate with Security Operations (SOC) and SRE teams to monitor and respond to security incidents.
• Investigate security alerts related to unauthorized access or role conflicts.
• Ensure timely patching and updates for security vulnerabilities in Oracle Cloud.

System Integration & Enhancements

• Partner with IT and security teams to ensure Oracle Cloud security aligns with enterprise security architecture.
• Lead security impact assessments for system upgrades and new module deployments.

Training & Documentation

• Develop and deliver security training for HR, IT, and business stakeholders on best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation on security roles, policies, configurations, and compliance controls.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM security enhancements and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• BE-BTECH Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field with 6-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Security Administration or a similar role.

  Get Hired
• Completion of Oracle HCM Cloud: Security Training is required.
• Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Implementation Professional is a bonus.

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with RBAC, data security policies, and user role provisioning.
• Familiarity with Oracle Security Console, security audit tools, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions, SSO, and MFA with Oracle Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud security architecture and access management workflows.

Stakeholder & Compliance Management

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Compliance, SRE, IAM).
• Experience handling audit requests and regulatory security requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Security & Compliance

• Awareness of global security standards such as SOX, GDPR, and Indias PDPB.
• Experience working in a secure, compliant environment following company security protocols.
