Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Yunay Interior located in Bhubaneswar. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, managing subcontractors and vendors, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure

- Organizational and time management skills
- Experience with project scheduling and budgeting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Certification in construction management or related field is a plus
