Senior Sitecore Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join our offshore team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in web development using Sitecore or Microsoft ASP.NET, combined with over 8 years of hands-on experience managing Agile and classic project methodologies.

This role will be central to leading sprint planning, project resourcing, and feature prioritization through user stories from various stakeholders. A strong understanding of QA processes, deployments, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Lead Agile project delivery and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal domain experts, and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Guide the development team through Agile Kanban workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Act as a servant-leader to the engineering team, removing blockers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive project planning, resource management, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain alignment between business goals and project deliverables.

  coaching and best practices in Agile and Scrum to ensure team efficiency and maturity.
• Ensure smooth coordination with QA and deployment teams to meet release goals.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in web development, specifically with Sitecore or Microsoft ASP.NET.
• Deep understanding of QA, testing processes, and software deployment cycles.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a tech environment.
• Proficiency in Agile, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certified in ScrumMaster, APMP, or PRINCE2 (MSP is a plus).
