AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of expertise in developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions that solve real-world business challenges and enhance enterprise platforms.

Key Skills and Expertise

• Core AI/ML Expertise
• Strong proficiency in machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems) and deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), including working with language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• AI Agents and Agentic Frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of AI agents and their ability to autonomously perform tasks based on high-level goals.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar tools for orchestrating multi-step reasoning and task automation.
• Experience in designing and deploying goal-driven AI systems for enterprise applications, including task prioritization, dependency resolution, and decision-making.
• NL2SQL and Database GenAI Applications
• Deep understanding of Natural Language to SQL (NL2SQL) techniques and tools to enable AI-driven database query generation.
• Familiarity with GenAI solutions for database automation and optimization, including prompt engineering for structured query creation.
• Knowledge of text-to-structured data pipelines and their integration with enterprise databases like Postgres, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Programming and Software Development
• Proficiency in Python is essential, with a strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Experience with Python libraries for data processing and ML, such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Familiarity with other programming languages like NodeJS and R is a plus.
• Data Engineering and Processing
• Proficient in handling large datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and ETL pipelines.
• Skilled in leveraging big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka for data streaming and processing.
• Deployment and Integration
• Experience deploying models in production environments using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
• Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into backend systems and APIs for enterprise applications.
