We are looking for a Real Estate Team Leader - He/She must have experience in
real estate. They should have a proven record of closures and team leadership in
real estate sector.
As a Team Leader, you will manage and mentor your own team of agents,
ensuring performance, motivation, and results. You will be provided with daily
leads to supporting your team’s success.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and guide a team of real estate agents to meet their sales
targets.
• Handling client inquiries and converts leads to successful transactions.
• Monitor and improve team performance through regular evaluations and
strategies.
