Job Description
- In Zahoransky, you will be responsible for mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs for corporate, HR training, and more. You will choose appropriate training methods for each case and develop compelling written content for various collaterals. Additionally, you will create engaging visual content like infographics, videos, and images to enhance the company's online presence. Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will gather information for content development and execute strategies aligning with company goals and target audience. You will conduct research to identify industry trends, ensuring content remains relevant and competitive. Monitoring content performance using analytics tools and maintaining a content calendar will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map out training plans, design and develop training programs
- Choose appropriate training methods per case
- Develop compelling written content for various collaterals
- Create engaging visual content like infographics, videos, and images
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Conduct research to identify industry trends
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines

- Maintain a content calendar for scheduling releases
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Proven experience in trainer or training facilitator and content development, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Strong knowledge of e-learning and content management systems
- Experience with graphic design software and video editing tools is a plus
- Working knowledge of I Spring suite is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines
- Creativity and passion for storytelling
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry terminology is advantageous
