Job Description

Role Overview:
As the AGM/GM HR for an Security Solutions company, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and fostering a high-performance culture. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving talent management initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior management, department heads, and employees across all levels to provide HR guidance and support. This role directly impacts employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness, contributing to the success of our security solutions business.
Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to support organizational growth and effectiveness.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HRIS management, to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and maintaining ethical HR practices.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, development, and retention programs, to build a strong and engaged workforce.

- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and legal requirements, to provide clear guidance to employees and managers.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.
- Manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective HR programs.
- Partner with senior management to provide HR guidance and support on strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and workforce planning, to ensure HR is a key contributor to business success.
