Job Description
We are building a global banking stack and our mission is to provide a seamless and borderless experience across banking, payment and credit services, leveraging the best of banking, fintech and crypto rails. To execute on the mission, we are systematically investing in product innovation across a multitude of banking services – cards/non-cards payments, credit, crypto payments, custody, integrations.
About the role:
We are looking for highly analytical individuals to help build and scale a world-class organization (hiring in Gurgaon or Bangalore). You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and joining at the ground level as we move from 0->1.
As part of the Founder’s office, expect to
- Work in a fast paced environment and roll up your sleeves to tackle any kind of challenge
- Working closely with the founder and founding team and learning from a team of product, engineering and business leaders
- Get complete ownership of your workstream, leading the strategy, planning, partnerships and execution of your area
- Have your fingerprints on all segments of the Zamp products - from research, partnerships, benchmarking, sales, rollout and scaling/driving adoption
This role may be a good fit if you have:

- A high bar across the board - from your own contributions to the people you work with to the products and projects you work on
- Data Driven - You know how to leverage data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis
- Execute - This means being constantly biased towards action, knowing the data, being in the details, and building strong collaborative relationships with other teams, thinking ambitiously, disambiguating, always thinking of the customer first, and rapidly iterating towards something demonstrably awesome

Must have qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree + 2 years of work experience in tier 1 consulting or investment banking teams
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Passion for Consumer FinTech/Payments and knowledge of the industry
