Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

What role you will play in team: You'll contribute to the financial planning and analysis function, supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

What you will do: Your work will focus on preparing financial reports, conducting analysis, and creating presentations for stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Analyze financial data and prepare performance reports.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the annual budgeting process.
• 
  Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the development of financial strategies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
