What does a typical day look like for an SDR

As a Sales Development Representative at Zaptick, you will:

Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure

Sell Zapticks WhatsApp Automation Platform to SMB and MSME businesses

Conduct product demonstrations and showcase how WhatsApp automation can increase revenue

Engage with founders, marketers, and sales teams to understand their business challenges

Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers

Work closely with the marketing team to convert webinar and campaign leads

Every day you will be talking to businesses, solving problems, and helping companies grow using automation.

What responsibilities will you be trusted with

Follow up with Inbound Leads from ads, webinars, and campaigns

Conduct product demos for qualified prospects

Identify customer pain points and position Zaptick as the ideal solution

Maintain accurate lead activity and pipeline updates in the CRM

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

Generate new opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and calling

Drive attendance for webinars, workshops, and marketing campaigns

Consistently work toward achieving

monthly sales targets

What skills, expertise and experience are we looking for

14 years of experience in SaaS, Technology, or B2B Sales

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to explain technology products in simple language

Experience in product demos and consultative selling

Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar

High energy, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus if you have experience selling:

WhatsApp API products

Marketing automation tools

CRM or SaaS platforms
