Job Description
- As a member of the BI and Marketing Analytics team at ZEE5, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business with data-driven decisions to shape both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex data and extract valuable insights that will contribute to the growth of the business.

In this role, you will be tasked with driving data-informed strategies to enhance content engagement and optimize platform performance. You will lead content analytics efforts, focusing on user retention and conversions for ZEE5 India. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to develop and improve tech-led platform features that enhance user experience.
To excel in this position, you should have hands-on experience and proficiency in SQL for querying complex data warehouse tables. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are essential, along with expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R, as well as basic understanding of machine learning concepts, will be advantageous.

Effective communication is key in this role, as you will be responsible for translating business insights into actionable strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. A strategic mindset with a focus on driving measurable results is essential, along with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the field.
