Job Description
- The HR Digitization and Operations Lead role at NZ Seasonal Wear Pvt Ltd based in Thane entails serving as the second-in-line to the Group HR Head. The position involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, talent management, and HR systems, while also spearheading digitization initiatives, talent acquisition, and ensuring that HR processes are aligned with business objectives. This opportunity is suitable for a seasoned HR professional with diverse HR expertise who can effectively integrate strategy with operational implementation. Previous experience in manufacturing environments is advantageous.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading HRIS/HRMS implementation, process automation, and digitization of HR practices.
- Supervising talent acquisition efforts to ensure timely and quality hiring in line with business requirements.
- Supporting performance management, career development, and succession planning frameworks.
- Collaborating with functional leaders as an HR Business Partner to address people priorities and enhance workforce engagement.
- Initiating engagement programs, managing grievance redressal, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Developing and enhancing HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Maintaining HR dashboards, analyzing data, and furnishing insights to aid leadership decision-making.
- Mentoring and leading the HR operations/TA team to deliver exceptional results.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 8-12 years of comprehensive HR experience encompassing HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition.

- Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS implementation and driving HR digitization initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations with a focus on compliance.
- Exposure to HR operations within manufacturing/plant settings is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in-person.,
