About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Operations Intern to support our supply chain, logistics, and operational activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to supply chain planning, vendor coordination, logistics optimization, and compliance within a structured business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations
• Support coordination with 3PL and 4PL service providers
• Help track inventory movement, shipment status, and delivery performance
• Assist in vendor management, documentation, and service-level monitoring
• Support process improvement initiatives across procurement, warehousing, and distribution
• Maintain operational records, reports, and MIS dashboards
• Assist in ensuring compliance with logistics, transportation, and supply chain regulations
• Support audits, contracts review, and operational documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, finance, and operations

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:Supply Chain Management,Operations Management,Logistics,Business Administration,
• Industrial Engineering or related field
• Must have basic to intermediate knowledge of:
• 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) business models,4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) business administration,Supply chain outsourcing frameworks,Vendor and contract management
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including:Transportation and logistics laws,Warehousing and supply chain compliance requirements,Contractual and regulatory aspects of logistics operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of supply chain processes (procurement to delivery)
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of ERP or supply chain software is a plus
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
