- We are seeking an Advanced Marketing Analytics Lead to join our dynamic marketing team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an Advanced Marketing Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts through advanced analytics, providing valuable insights and strategies for effective decision-making. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to enhance our marketing initiatives through advanced analytics. It presents a remarkable opportunity to contribute to data-centric marketing strategies in a world-class organization.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a data science strategy to support our marketing objectives, utilizing predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms for lead scoring, database segmentation, marketing attribution, and other related areas. You will oversee the analysis of large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can shape effective marketing strategies and tactics. Communication of findings to marketing and executive leadership teams, along with collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, will be essential. Ensuring data integration and consistency, staying updated on industry trends, driving continuous improvement in data science methodologies, and establishing data governance standards and practices will also be part of your role.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role focusing on marketing analytics. Advanced skills in data science programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and database languages (e.g., SQL) are required. Preferred qualifications include proven experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and other advanced analytics techniques, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and advanced knowledge of data visualization tools and marketing automation platforms.

Please note that candidates must be physically located in Karnataka or Maharashtra to be considered for this role. Our hybrid working model offers a mix of onsite and remote work, with the requirement to attend the local office for part of the week.
