We are seeking experienced AR Callers with at least 2 years of US Medical Billing/RCM experience. Candidates must have strong knowledge of the AR follow-up cycle, denials, and payer requirements (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, WC/MVA).

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims
• Review and resolve denied/pending claims
• Document actions in billing systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for required info
• Meet productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• 2+ years AR Caller experience in US Medical Billing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in billing software/payer portals
• Willingness to work night shifts

Overview: We are seeking CPC-certified Medical Coders with 13 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of medical coding standards, CPT/ICD codes, and compliance guidelines, with the ability to support billing teams in resolving discrepancies.

Specialties: E/M, IVR, Surgery, Radiology, Denials

Pay: 25,000 45,000 per month (Salary not a constraint for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review medical records and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes
• Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with billing teams to resolve coding discrepancies
• Maintain accuracy and quality in documentation
