Retail Ops - Intern

About the Role: (Opening for Mumbai, Pune and Nashik)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Operations Intern to support our new store expansion process. This is a field-based role that requires market research, competitor analysis, and site identification for store openings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify high-potential micro-markets for new store openings.
• Analyze competitor presence by identifying nearby stores in the targeted locations.
• Identify potential shop locations based on footfall, accessibility, and business viability.
  
• Conduct competition analysis to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, pricing, and customer engagement strategies of competitors.
• Assist in marketing analysis to understand customer behavior and trends in the identified micro-markets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of expansion plans.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role with frequent travel.
