Job Description
Job Role: Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Manage daily campaign operations, including budget pacing, bid adjustments, and performance monitoring
- Take full ownership of campaign optimization to improve CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
- Build and maintain weekly & monthly performance reports and dashboards
- Ensure accurate tracking implementation via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels
- Identify performance gaps and proactively recommend optimizations
- Coordinate with content and design teams to improve ad creatives and messaging
- Maintain account hygiene (naming conventions, structure, tracking consistency, etc.)
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
- Proven experience in managing live campaigns
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaign experience preferred)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns will be plus (especially B2B)
- Experience in campaign optimization and performance improvement
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / HRTech campaigns
- Exposure to ABM campaigns or enterprise targeting
- Familiarity with tools like Supermetrics, HubSpot, Salesforce
