Job Description
The HR and Admin Executive manages day-to-day human resources activitiesworker recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relationsalongside office administration duties such as facility maintenance, vendor management, and compliance, to ensure smooth operations by balancing staff needs with company policies and legal requirements. Please note that this is a job description and a summary guideline, and the role would require you to perform additional functions as per the requirement of the operations team and the CEO, so it is including but not just limited to the below.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Functions:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct employee orientation.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a positive work culture.
- Payroll & Attendance: Monitor attendance, leave, and shift schedules, supporting payroll processing.
- Documentation: Maintain employee files, records, and ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Administrative Functions:
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies, housekeeping, security, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Contract Worker coordination: Coordinate and fulfil worker requirements for production/packing/despatch areas by arranging workers in conjunction with the approved and appointed contract agency.
- Logistics and despatch follow ups: Source logistics requirements such as truck quotations for transport, coordinate with marketing and despatch for smooth execution of E-commerce despatches.

- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors for office equipment and services.
- Purchase Orders: Preparation of Purchase orders for non-raw material related operational purchases across all departments, getting approvals for the same and submitting to the vendors. Price negotiations and multiple vendor sourcing to ensure best prices available.
- Shipping Export & Import(preferred): End to End Documentation preparation, collation, and then negotiate/liaise with Clearing House Agencies for companys export commitments and Raw material fruit-based imports.
- Licenses Tracking : Need to monitor all the compliance and government regulations regarding keeping license updated and informed to concerned department at least 2-3 months before actual expiry. In certain cases, you will be required to complete the renewal process, after getting the inputs from the concerned departments.
