What Were Looking For

Corporate Finance function is a critical role in our finance team as it ties together FP&A and Accounting teams. The role will setup processes for provisioning and actual invoices and hence someone who has handled the planning process and accounting while leveraging SAP workflows for cost mapping and bookings will be most suitable.

Complete charter:

• Manage the accurate and timely preparation of the companys Profit & Loss statement in collaboration with the accounting team and business stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve any variances, ensuring full alignment between the statements.
• Manage the month-end book closing process by ensuring timely and accurate recording of accruals and other relevant financial entries
• Ensure all costs are accurately actualized in the financial system based on invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documentation.
• Regularly reconcile accruals and actuals to ensure any variances are identified and resolved promptly.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of the P&L to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Develop comprehensive financial reports, executive summaries, and high-impact presentations detailing P&L performance for leadership and stakeholders.
• Continuously review and improve P&L processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Identify opportunities for automation, system enhancements, and process efficiencies to streamline P&L activities.

Qualifications:

  Get Hired
  CA with 7+ years of experience in cost accounting, financial reporting, or a related finance role.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
