Senior Inventory Accounting Manager

Designation: Senior Manager - Inventory

Responsibilities, aka, what wed like you to deliver :

Inventory Management:

• Maintain and oversee inventory records to ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and tracked.
• Review and reconcile inventory balances, stock movements, and inventory-related accounts on a regular basis, including inventory valuation and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with inventory accounting standards, company policies, and established inventory control procedures.
• Support inventory modeling and analysis for e-commerce operations.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

Audit Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Prepare audit schedules and documentation to support the audit process.
• Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Chart of Accounts Management:

• Review and maintain the chart of accounts to ensure it meets the needs of the business.
• Implement changes to the chart of accounts as required to support new business initiatives and reporting requirements.

Consolidation and Risk Controls:

• Manage the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities.
• Enhancements of the existing RCM on a quarterly basis.
