: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop strategies to attract top talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
  1. Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns effectively.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building sessions, and recognition programs.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Implement performance evaluation processes and ensure timely appraisals.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers on performance improvement plans.
  1. Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
  1. HR Operations:
  • Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Handle exit interviews, employee offboarding, and retention strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
