About The Role
Were seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Product to lead our digital savings product portfolio in India. You will report into Bhavin and own the product roadmap, define strategy, and oversee execution to build a next-gen digital savings platform.
Job Location: Bangalore, India (100% on-site)

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch best-in-class banking experiences.
• Prioritize features and trade-offs to maximize impact, speed, and compliance.
• Ensure successful end-to-end delivery from MVP through scale.
• Optimize team efficiency and output.
• Partner Management
• Own relationships with Sponsor banks and ensure smooth integration.

• Regulatory & Risk Management
• Ensure product compliance with RBI regulations, data privacy, and risk protocols for financial products.
• Growth Hacking
• Measure Output metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Engagement) and Input metrics (Conversion Funnels, Engagement) that matter
• Leverage Product Analytics Platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude etc), Data Analytics Platforms (Metabase, Superset)
• Creative Feature Ideation to come up with Features that have maximum impact on the metrics that matter
• Leverage frameworks for Feature Prioritization
• UX
• Drive the creation of delightful, intuitive and engaging user interfaces in collaboration with UX designers to drive user adoption and NPS
  

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, at least 4 of which are spent in building and scaling consumer fintech products - preferably digital banking, neo-banking, or savings platforms.
• Strong understanding of Indias digital banking ecosystem, RBI compliance, savings/investment behaviours, UPI, and payment rails
• Proven track record of building consumer fintech products from ideation to scale.
• Experience negotiating and managing partnerships with banks, card networks, NPCI, NBFCs.
• Excellent strategic insight on conceptualizing and prioritizing ideas.
• In depth understanding and knowledge of Statistics, Analytics, Business Intelligence, SQL, Product Analytics platforms
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Meticulous in program management processes.
