Manager - Admin & Facilities

About the company and Team:

• Capricore India Private Limited is a Research & Development and Engineering Services centre in the SEZ under ZF Group, focusing on ADAS, automotive electronics, embedded software and mechanical engineering. It will support both domestic and international markets, providing engineering, product development and localization services to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• The facility will operate as a technology hub offering end-to-end solutions, covering design, development, testing, validation and manufacturing support for automotive safety and mobility systems.
• The role typically extends beyond traditional administration and facility management. The individual is expected to manage workplace operations, SEZ compliance coordination, government and developer liaison, audits, employee experience, business continuity, and support the scaling of the GCC.

Your profile as a Manager- Manager- Admin & Facilities:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10-16 years of experience in Administration and Facility Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting SEZ operations and compliance.
• Experience working in a GCC, multinational company, technology center, R&D center, or automotive engineering center preferred.
• Knowledge of workplace standards, ESG practices, and audit management.
