Experience: 4 5 years
CTC: 12 15 LPA
Team Handling: Yes (Build & lead own CRM team)
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end CRM strategy, customer journeys, data, personalization & platform integrations
Drive targeted campaigns, performance analytics, NPS, loyalty & actionable insights
Ideal Fit:
Strong CRM experience in D2C / E-commerce / Retail
Hands-on with CRM tools & lifecycle marketing
