Job Description
- Own end-to-end product strategy for rewards and commerce experiences.
- Design user journeys where incentives drive real transactions .
- Build and optimize multi-brand catalogs and redemption flows .
- Partner with design to deliver intuitive, trust-focused UX .
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product hypotheses and experiments .
- Work with engineering to ship scalable consumer-facing systems .
- Analyze funnels, drop-offs, and conversion metrics to improve performance.
- Drive repeat usage and redemption behavior .
- Own P&L for the product line.
- Act as the voice of the user , continuously improving trust and motivation.
- 5+ years as a Product Manager / Product Leader.
- Strong background in consumer-facing digital or e-commerce products .
- Hands-on experience with loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or incentive systems .
- Exposure to multi-brand catalogs or partner ecosystems .
- Strong UX sense and understanding of user psychology .
- Ability to think in funnels, incentives, and economic loops .
- Proven cross-functional work with design, engineering, and business teams .
- Excellent communication and structured problem-solving skills.
