Business Development Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in lead generation, client communication, and bidding on platforms like Upwork, Guru, and PPH.
Roles & Responsibilities:● Understand and analyze client requirements for various projects.
● Prepare project estimations, scope of work (SOW), and proposals.
● Effectively communicate project requirements with internal teams.
● Achieve and manage monthly sales and business targets.
● Handle client communication and build strong, long-term relationships.
● Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
● Manage and optimize company business profiles across platforms.
Required Skills:

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Strong experience in lead generation through channels such as email marketing and social media.
● Hands-on experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), etc.
● Basic understanding of PHP, frameworks, or CMS platforms is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
● Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work independently and meet targets.
● Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
