Role Summary:
As part of our mission, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Acquisition Manager to drive our customer acquisition strategies and fuel the next phase of growth.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Growth Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement innovative customer acquisition strategies across multiple digital and offline channels to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Performance Marketing Leadership: Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to measure campaign performance, derive insights, and refine strategies.
- Optimize Conversion Funnels: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and drive engagement at every stage of the funnel.
- Partnerships and Affiliates: Develop partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and complementary brands to expand Rotimatics reach and customer base.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new tools to ensure Rotimatic remains a leader in its category.
Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, or performance marketing, preferably in the consumer tech or D2C space.
- Working on a 100Cr+D2C revenue (not marketplace revenue) company handling a minimum monthly budget of 1Cr.
- Having a deep consumer market understanding and mindset, a detailed understanding of the channel-wise attribution model
- Managed a team of a minimum of 3-5 team members.
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition efforts through data-driven strategies.
- Worked on other channels apart from paid ads for acquisition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-backed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to lead teams and partner effectively with stakeholders.
