Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in both hardware and software to lead the development and management of innovative products in our portfolio. As a Product Manager in Zimplistic, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end lifecycle of products that integrate both hardware and software components, ensuring they meet market demands, align with our business goals, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align product strategies with the overall company goals and customer needs, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to gather requirements and ensure successful product development.
- Work with Agile development teams to manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of key features and enhancements.
- Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools to support successful product adoption and sales growth.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including new product introduction, updates, and end-of-life processes.
- Ensure seamless integration and interaction between hardware and software components throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and drive continuous innovation.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of product management experience in a product-based company, with a strong emphasis on hardware and software product development.
- Strong understanding of hardware development processes, including design, prototyping, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching hardware-software integrated products.
- Proficiency in software development practices, including coding, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Familiarity with embedded systems, IoT, cloud services, or related technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, medical devices, or similar industries.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for hardware and software products.
- Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
