We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our esteemed team as a Senior Sales Executive.
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Terminal-2Airport, Bangalore
Shift Timing : Rotational shift work ( Including Night)
Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve targets by providing exceptional customer service.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through personalized interactions.
Stay updated about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the unique features of our diverse watch collection.
Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Shifts
Morning Shift: Typically starts in the early morning and lasts until the afternoon.
Afternoon Shift: Begins in the afternoon and extends into the evening.
Night Shift: Starts in the late evening or at night and continues through the early morning.
Working Days
Employees work six days a week, which could be consecutively or with a rotating day off.

Proven track record in retail sales, with a focus on watches or high-end products.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for luxury products and a keen understanding of the luxury retail market.
Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
