Blockchain Full Stack Engineer (Web3 DEX Trading Bots)

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Blockchain Full Stack Engineer (Web3 + DEX Trading Bots) to join our team with mandatory experience in both Rust/Solana development and Hummingbot or similar trading frameworks. You’ll work closely with our global engineering team to develop high-performance, scalable systems that interact with decentralized exchanges and deploy algorithmic strategies. This role combines blockchain protocol-level knowledge with trading system integration, ideal for someone who’s built on-chain and bot-side alike.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, build and maintain front-end and back-end systems for our AI-powered trading platform.
  
• Integrate and customize Hummingbot or similar frameworks for market-making automation.
  
• Develop and maintain Rust-based programs on Solana, including token integrations and staking vault logic.
  
• Connect smart contracts and trading logic to Web3 front-ends (React + Web3.js/Ethers.js).
  
• Design efficient APIs using Node.js, Python, or Go for strategy orchestration and telemetry.
  
• Contribute to core routing, slippage control, and DEX execution logic across EVM and Solana.
  
• Collaborate with a remote, global team to ship performant, modular features.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Rust and Solana development experience (e.g., Anchor, Solana Program Library, on-chain programs).
  
• Hands-on Hummingbot experience (custom strategies, connectors, deployment, and optimization).
  
• Strong full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and modern dev tools.
  
• Solidity and EVM contract interaction experience (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, etc.).
  
• Solid grasp of DeFi concepts: slippage, AMMs, liquidity provisioning, gas optimization.
  
• Familiarity with common Web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js) and DEX protocols (Uniswap, Raydium, etc.).
  
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to own and drive technical decisions.
