AI Filmmaker

About the role:

Were looking for a storyteller who lives at the intersection of film, memes, and AI.

Your job: turn complex data/AI ideas into short, unforgettable films that feel human, witty, and wildly shareable.

Youll own

• Concept ? script ? storyboard ? shot/asset plan ? production ? edit ? publish.
• Converting dense technical narratives into simple, relatable stories with 110% recall.
• Prototyping with AI tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, Pika, Kaiber, Midjourney, Krea, ElevenLabs, etc etc).
• Creating variations for A/B tests across LinkedIn/X/YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborating with founders to lock creative direction and ship fast.
• Maintaining an asset library (style frames, LUTs, VO packs, SFX, prompts).
• Basic motion design, typography, and sound design for polish.
• Owning rights/attribution and safe/commercial usage of assets.

What great looks like (outcomes in 6090 days)

• 3 - 4 hero films (30 - 90s) that non-technical folks love and recall a week later.
• A repeatable pipeline for turning product ideas into films in <7 days.
• A visual language for Zingle that feels world-class and consistent.
• At least one video that credibly pops (high engagement, saves, shares) on LinkedIn.

Must-haves

• Portfolio of short films that tell a story (not just slick motion).
• Hands-on with at least 2 - 3 AI video tools + strong editing chops (Premiere/Resolve/Final Cut; After Effects a plus).
• Strong writing instincts: hooks, pacing, voiceover that isnt cringe.
• Comfort working in-office
