About the Role

We are hiring a production lead to head our entire content engine. You will tell the team exactly what to create, why, and how to win in specific geographical markets. You are responsible for identifying trends before they peak and ensuring every piece of content hits the mark with a global audience. You will have the opportunity to build your own production team and execute your vision end-to-end.

What Youll Do

• Lead the content team and provide precise instructions on what to make, from visual style to narrative hooks.
• Research and predict trends across social media, film, and the AI industry to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Adapt content strategies for specific regions, ensuring a deep understanding of Western cultural nuances.
• Integrate the latest AI content creation tools into our workflow to increase speed and quality.
• 
  Take full ownership of performance; you should know for sure which content will work before it is even produced.
• Come up with and implement ideas to make our content stand out in a crowded market.

What Were Looking For

• You have a deep background in content consumption, film, or digital media and stay updated on daily industry news.
• You understand the why behind viral content and can replicate that success systematically.
• You dont wait for a brief and are excited about proactively coming up with workable content ideas.
• You have a refined understanding of global aesthetics and Western audience behavior.
• You have an elite eye for detail and can spot exactly what makes a video, sound, or script work.

• Availability: <4 weeks
• Work Type: Full-time - 6 days per week in-office
• Work Location: New Delhi
• Prior startup experience is highly valued.
