The Job
- To bring schools on board
- Identify decision maker, Pitch, Persuade, Overcome Objections, Close
- Manage the pipeline to meet monthly targets
- Bring on the right people and build the team
- Motivating & managing the team
- Delivering consistent number results

The Person
- MBA with 8-12 years years experience
- Has worked in sales position in B2B K-12 business in the southern markets especially TN, Karnataka, Telangana. Has the network.
- Ideally has experience with both big company (good training) and start-up (hands-on exposure) experience
- High-energy communicative outgoing person with leadership qualities and ethical fibre.
- Out and out hunter sales person who relishes closing deals
- Has managed a team, knows whom to bring on board on day one.
- Self-motivation and persistence is key. Wants to work with an innovative pioneer team.
