Key Responsibilities
- Business Ownership: Take full responsibility for growth in your geography, balancing hunting (new sales) and farming (account management).
- Solution Selling: Sell complex product offerings to institutional customers across industries such as Education, Medical Devices, and Telecom.
- Commercial Negotiation: Handle complex negotiations with assertiveness and tact, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a small, high-quality team to deliver results.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure timely MIS reporting, compliance, and smooth execution of financial and operational processes.
Desired Profile
- Proven track record in B2B solution selling and account management.
- Strong ability to hunt, farm, and grow business in challenging markets.
- Experience selling to institutional customers with complex decision-making processes.
