About the Role Data science and analytics is a strategic initiative at Zinrelo. The Lead Data Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to build and grow the product and business analytics function at Zinrelo and influence our data strategy. You will leverage data analytics to maximize the value of data for our customers, and in turn, make it a significant market differentiator and growth engine for Zinrelo. Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of use cases and user journeys on the Zinrelo loyalty platform, formulate strong hypotheses, execute A/B testing, identify gaps in our data, and highlight data-driven opportunities to innovate in business and product strategy; collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring those ideas to life.
• Empower our customers with actionable insights from their loyalty data and serve as a strategic consultant to help them make data-driven decisions and optimizations in their loyalty program.
• Participate in customer-facing meetings to communicate value derived from data analysis; train our customer success managers to do the same.
• 
  Serve as the go-to person for ad-hoc data analysis requests and data quality related questions from business partners, and triage data quality issues.
• Own the process to perform frequent, repeatable operational data reporting, and automate it to the extent possible.
• Prepare written reports, presentations, infographics, and other data visualization materials of high quality.
• Verify and ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data.
• Preprocess, clean, and transform data to be used for data analysis.
• Test and validate impact of code changes made on our datasets and collaborate with our software engineering team to investigate and fix any data issues related to code changes.
• Help build and grow a strong data analytics team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data analytics and visualization and use of AI in these domains. Qualifications

  Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 2. 7 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence roles; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Advanced data manipulation, extraction, and processing skills such as pivot tables, lookups, transposing, statistical analysis, and macros using spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases with the ability to run complex queries across multiple data sources.
• Working knowledge of Python programming and best practices with respect to coding standards.
• Experience of generating dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, R, and Tableau.
• A keen eye for data quality and experience with data preprocessing and cleaning.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written) skills, including effective presentation and narrative skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; experience of mentoring team members and leading initiatives or projects would be a plus.
