Zipbolts mission is to Electrify Mobility and Accelerate Indias EV adoption, fight against Global Climate Change while enabling Battery Safety and sustainable EV Lifecycle management.

Zipbolts Intelligent 2nd Life deployments have been successful over the past 3 years, into Smart battery packs for swapping systems as well as DC Fast Chargers for Electric vehicles!

Our IoT-enabled Zipsure AI SaaS tackles areas of new EV applications such as EV Fleets like EESL, EEE Taxi, etc, OEMs such as Tata Motors, and Battery Swapping networks like ChargeZone

We incorporated in late 2021 and launched operations in April 2022 in Delhi.The company is at the seed stage, with revenues growing 2-3X y-o-y and fundraising next round for expanding across Pan India cities this year. Zipbolt raised its incubation/ pre-seed round of $100k in 2025, where eminent Angels also participated.

Opportunity:

This is an Entrepreneurial role where companys Equity , depending on the invested capital, will need to be purchased.

The Investment amount for the Equity % can go upto INR 2 Cr.

What are we looking for

Opening for a Co-founder /Advisor/ Angel , who comes with certain expertise:

a) Co-Founder/C-suite positions in atleast Seed/pre-Series startup

b) PhD/Financial/Masters degree with 2-3 years of experience EV/AI/SaaS Tech industry would be a plus.

What you get:

-NO Salary is applicable, until the investment round is raised.

-It is an Equity based role, Profit sharing will be applicable along with stock options and commissions.

-The Co-Founder will receive the agreed equity shares against capital infused and shares issued as per the agreed vesting schedule.
